Welcome to Agnivar. By accessing our website and purchasing our streetwear drops, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Overview

This platform is operated by Agnivar. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Agnivar. We provide our streetwear, services, and online experience conditioned upon your acceptance of all policies stated herein.

2. Products and Heavyweight Quality

Craftsmanship: All Agnivar garments are custom-crafted with 240 GSM heavyweight combed cotton and high-density DTG printing. Colors and graphic proportions are accurately represented on our product pages.

Pricing & Drops: All drop prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to limit quantities of drops or modify pricing without prior notice.

3. Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. Online orders enjoy flat ₹60 shipping, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a ₹40 courier handling charge (Total ₹100).

4. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy (Strict Policy)

⚠️ REPLACEMENT ONLY — NO REFUNDS

NO REFUND: Refunds are strictly not available under any circumstances.
REPLACEMENT ONLY FOR DAMAGE: Replacement will be provided only if a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video is shared with our support team at shop@agnivar.com within 24 hours of delivery.
SIZE ISSUES: Size issue return / replacement nahi hoga. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart before placing your order.

5. Shipping & Pan-India Dispatch

All orders are dispatched via express courier partners. Dispatches typically arrive within 10 days of ordering. Real-time WhatsApp/SMS tracking updates are issued upon courier pickup.
